Fried ChickenIngredients:Chicken ThighsMrs. DashStart by Pre-Heating the Electric Skillet at 400 Degrees.Wash chicken well.Dry with a paper towel.Place chicken thighs in Electric Skillet.Sprinkle the top with Mrs. Dash Table Blend. Cover with Paper Towel and time for 10 minutes. Flip chicken over with a fork and sprinkle Mrs. Dash again.Cover with Dome Lid.Reduce to 325 and time for another 20 minutes. Reduce to Simmer when steaming.*After flipping the chicken, you may also add rinsed baby potatoes to Skillet. Spray top of dough with non-stick cooking spray and set aside for 5 minutes. Spray bottom of Electric Skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Press dough into bottom of Electric Skillet.Spread pizza sauce over the dough.Add shredded cheese of your choice and any toppings or pre-cooked meat. Cook on 325 degrees for 13 minutes. Let stand for 2-3 minutes and enjoy!Pineapple Upside Down CakeIngredients:1 can of Pineapple SlicesYellow Cake MixJar of Cherries3 Tbsp of Cherry JuiceBrown Sugar2 eggsSpray 11” Skillet with non-stick spray.Empty juice from Pineapples into mixing bowl.Place pineapple slices in the bottom of 11” Skillet.Place 1 cherry in center of pineapple slices.Add cherry juice to the mixing bowl.Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over pineapples.In mixing bowl add cake mix and 2 eggs. Mix well with a fork. (Do not whip or use whisk-this adds too much air)Pour over pineapples and cover. Place on Medium-Low until it steams. Remove and let sit for 10-12 minutes. Apple Spice Upside Down CakeIngredients:1 20oz Can White House Sliced Apples1 Box Spice Cake Mix4 Oz Apple SauceBrown Sugar2 eggsSpray 11” Skillet with non-stick spray.Empty juice from Apples into mixing bowl.Add enough water to make 1 Cup of liquid.Add 4 Oz of Apple SaucePlace Apple slices in the bottom of 11” Skillet.Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over Apples.Place Skillet on Medium-low heat.In mixing bowl add cake mix and 2 eggs. Mix well with a fork. (Do not whip or use whisk-this adds too much air)Pour over apples and cover. Leave on Medium-Low until it steams. Remove and let sit for 10-12 minutes. Peach CobblerIngredients:29 Oz Can of Sliced PeachesJiffy Yellow Cake Mix1/4 Tsp of Cinnamon 1/4 Tsp of All Spice2 Tbsp of ButterPour 29 oz can of sliced peaches in 4 Qt Dutch Oven.Pour evenly over peaches Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix.Add 1/4 Tsp of cinnamon and 1/4 Tsp of All-Spice evenly.Add approximately 2 Tbsp of butter.Turn on Medium heat until it steams. Reduce heat to low for about 15 minutes.Let stand and cool before serving!*Peaches can be substituted with Cherries or Blackberries!
